The Pilgrims will be aiming to bounce back from their 1-0 defeat to the same opponents on Boxing Day, having played 74 minutes with 10 men following Luke Shiels' red card.
Shiels – and King's Lynn's Ryan Jarvis, who was red-carded later in the game – will both be able to play with their bans ruling them out of action on Saturday instead.
United boss Craig Elliott will check on the fitness of talisman Jordan Thewlis, who sat out Saturday's 2-1 win over Kettering Town with a calf problem.
Defender Alex Penny could also come back into contention after a hamstring issue ruled him out of the Pilgrims' opening two fixture of the festive period.
While United were beating Kettering on Saturday, courtesy of Jake Wright's first half double, Lynn were drawing 2-2 at Alfreton Town.
King's Lynn's last league visit to Boston took place in December 1999, with the Linnets winning 2-1.
Wednesday's match referee is Scott Simpson, who last took charge of the Pilgrims against Bradford Park Avenue in September.
Matchday updates for those not in attendance will be published on Twitter via @bostonunited — starting with team news at 2.00pm.
