Long-standing United fan Rod Paul scooped the £2,000 first prize on a recent draw — and received the cheque from Pilgrims’ chairman David Newton on Saturday.

The presentation was made during the half-time interval of the FA Cup with Budweiser clash against Altrincham.

It is the latest in a long line of big United winners since joining forces with Super Draw Lottery in 2010.
