At the start of the season, we made the decision to move to a hybrid training model, with training based back here at the Jakemans Community Stadium. This was a big step for the club, not only with the costs involved, but also the challenge of attracting players with the additional travel distances involved.

Ian assembled a young squad, reinforced by one or two ‘senior’ players. It took time for the new squad to adapt to the style of football that Ian wanted them to play, and to the new model of training, but once things started to gel, we have been on a fantastic journey culminating in five wins away from home at the end of the season, including an outstanding performance in the promotion final at Brackley on May 4 – a date that is now etched into the club’s history, to secure our position in the National League for the 2024-2025 season.

Ian and his staff have done an unbelievable job since joining us and have given us all memories to last a lifetime.

Let’s not be in any doubt, this is a big step up for the club, and we need to ensure that Ian has a workable budget, as we want to be competitive in the league, not just make up the numbers.

We have spent a lot of time weighing up how we can do this and, unfortunately, we have had to make the difficult decision to increase ticket prices, but have kept them at the lower end of prices in the National League.

To help offset some of the costs, we have added an extra ‘free’ game into the calculation of the season ticket prices, and an extra two ‘free’ games for the early bird tickets.

We have also introduced free tickets for young fans under the age of five – and ticket prices have been frozen for all under-16s.

Admission prices quoted will be subject to a £1 supplement on matchdays this season. The cheaper prices will be available for purchasers up until midnight the day before the fixture.

Please note, all children under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by a paying adult.

BUSA have also done a brilliant job this season, not only raising vital funds for the club, but also taking record numbers to away games, and all at a fixed price of £12! We would encourage everyone to join up as they help us move the club forward together.

MATCHDAY TICKET PRICES
Gate ticket prices for the Acorn Taxis (West) Stand have increased to £20 (adult) and £15 (concession), however these fall to just £15.22 and £11.74 per game if you take advantage of the early bird season ticket offer.

Season tickets can be purchased over three payments – made June 1, July 1 and August 1 (based on the full season ticket price).

For example:

If you purchase a season ticket in the West Stand at a price of £380, your payments would be:

1 June 2024: £125
1 July 2024 : £125
1 August 2024: £130

All payments must be paid in full before season tickets are released.

Under-16s gate prices have been FROZEN at £7 and £6, which are only £5.43 and £4.57 respectively if you can take advantage of the early bird offer.

We are also delighted to confirm that children under-5 will now be admitted FREE with a paying adult, however a ticket will be required for the child, even though they are free. Tickets can be obtained from the ticket office or online.

We remain acutely aware that everyone is being impacted by the rising costs of living, but so is the club. Staffing costs have risen significantly and, of course, we will be trying to compete in the National League.

EXISTING SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
If you are an existing season ticket holder, you have an exclusive period to renew your season ticket FOR YOUR CURRENT SEAT from Friday May 17 through to Tuesday May 21. If you wish to move seats, you must contact (or visit) the ticket office on (01205) 364406.

We cannot guarantee that another suitable seat will be available. After May 21, your seat will be made available for general purchase.

Please note that season ticket prices include 23 home fixtures for the coming season.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
We have retained the early bird discount this season for ALL season ticket purchasers. This makes season tickets much more affordable and attractive. We have a range of options, from single season tickets to various ‘family’ options, so hopefully there is an offer to suit everyone.

The early bird discount period runs from May 17 to May 31.

CAR PARKING SEASON TICKETS
Due to the high demand for parking spaces, and to allow safe management of matchdays, car park spaces are generally being sold on a season ticket basis only. Current car park season ticket holders have a priority renewal period in line with the season ticket renewal period shown above. Car park season tickets are priced at £135 for the full season, and include all matches (league, cup and friendlies). Play-off games are excluded. Individual spaces may be available on matchdays. If so, the club will publicise these on a match-by-match basis

- A £10 voucher to spend in the Club Shop (T&Cs apply), when spending £20 or more;

- Priority on limited capacity, all-ticket, and high profile first team games.

BUYING A NON-ADULT SEASON TICKET?
You must purchase the price band that correlates with the age you or the supporter will be on August 1, 2024.

We require supporters purchasing a new concessionary season ticket to provide photo ID showing their date of birth. This will preferably be a copy of your passport or driving licence, but a birth certificate accompanied by a passport-style photo will be accepted for younger supporters whose photographic ID cannot be supplied.

Renewing supporters do not need to provide us with their ID as we have retained their records from last season.

You must submit your identification in person at our ticket office to receive your season ticket.

WHEN WILL I GET MY SEASON TICKET?

DISABLED SUPPORTERS
We ask that all disabled supporters contact the ticket office ahead of purchasing season tickets or matchday tickets, so we can ensure that your needs are understood, and the spaces requested are the most suitable for you. The ticket office can be contacted on (01205) 364406. Carers/companions will be charged concessionary rates, but this must also be arranged through the ticket office.

BOSTON UNITED SUPPORTERS ASSOCIATION (BUSA)
BUSA do a fantastic job supporting the club and arranging away travel at a great fixed price. Last season, they took a huge number of fans to away games, which created a brilliant atmosphere, and helped the players get over the line - but they do so much more! They arrange social events and car boot sales, all with the aim of bringing supporters together and helping the club.
