The original encounter was postponed on October 21 due to a waterlogged pitch – but United will now head to the Brewery Field following the postponement of the scheduled trip to Scarborough Athletic, due to the Seadogs' ongoing Emirates FA Cup commitments.
The Pilgrims have gleaned four points from three matches on home soil since the Spennymoor postponement – including a 1-1 draw against Scunthorpe United on Tuesday evening.
United have reported no new injury concerns ahead of the trip to County Durham.
Ex-Pilgrim Ben Pollock will sit out Saturday's encounter through suspension, but fellow former United players Keenan Ferguson and Lebrun Mbeka could feature.
Last season's corresponding fixture ended 3-2 to the Moors, who subsequently won 2-1 at the Jakemans Community Stadium later in the season.
