Boston United hit the road for the first time in the National League this season when they make the journey to Roots Hall on Tuesday evening.

The Pilgrims, still searching for their first goals and points of the season following promotion in May, travel to face Southend United (kick-off 7.45pm).

The Shrimpers have opened their own campaign with successive draws – at home to York City (1-1) and away at Hartlepool United (0-0).

Dan Mooney could make his third competitive United appearance – coming up against the side he started last season with, scoring on the opening day in a 4-0 win over Oldham Athletic.

United will once again be without the services of goalkeeper Jake Lovelace and defender Kieran Coates through injury.

On-loan Norwich City stopper Ellis Craven is eligible to feature, should manager Ian Culverhouse decide to make any changes to his 18-man squad from Saturday.

LIVE COVERAGE
The match will be shown live on National League TV.

Elsewhere, BBC Radio Lincolnshire full-match commentary, courtesy of Rob Makepeace and Craig Singleton, is available.

Twitter updates will be available via @bostonunited throughout the evening.
