The Pilgrims entertain Rushall Olympic (kick-off 7.45pm) as Ian Culverhouse's side conclude a run of five consecutive Tuesday evening fixtures.
It will be the first-ever league meeting between the two clubs – although United did defeat the newly-promoted Pics in the Emirates FA Cup in September courtesy of Brad Nicholson's first half header.
United boss Ian Culverhouse will definitely be without the services of defender Zak Mills (hamstring) and striker Oliver Wilson (shoulder) for the match, with others set to be assessed closer to kick-off.
The likes of Michael Bostwick and Martin Woods are in contention to return after being rested from the start in Saturday's Isuzu FA Trophy clash at Coalville Town.
Rushall, who currently sit inside the bottom four, could include former Pilgrims Sam McLintock and Luther Munakandafa.
