The Spitfires make their first-ever visit to Boston – following on from the clubs’ first-ever meeting at the Silverlake Stadium in October, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
Sam Osborne’s early goal was cancelled out by a stoppage time Chris Maguire penalty, with Eastleigh reduced to 10 men during the second half following Scott Quigley’s red card.
United could welcome back midfielder Frankie Maguire following the head injury he sustained at Spennymoor Town on February 1.
The Pilgrims will be without the services of long-term absentees Michael Bostwick, Mitch Roberts, Oisin Gallagher and Dan Adshead.
Eastleigh are 10th in the National League standings, eight points outside the play-off positions, having defeated Dagenham & Redbridge 3-0 on Wednesday evening.
