The 18-year-old, who will turn 19 during the course of his month with the Pilgrims, is predominantly a left winger and is eligible to make his debut in Saturday’s home fixture against Corby Town.

Blinco becomes the eighth Sunderland youth player to join the Pilgrims on loan since the clubs began their relationship in November 2013.

He has also been granted permission — along with fellow Black Cats loanee Dylan McEvoy — to appear for the Pilgrims in the FA Trophy.
