Several fringe first team players are likely to feature, including experienced striker Leon Constantine, while youngster Jordan Nuttell will also be handed the opportunity to impress.
Having starred for the youth team and reserves during the first half of the season, both at the heart of defence and in attack, the versatile 16-year-old will now come firmly under the microscopes of watching first team bosses Jason Lee and Lee Canoville.
Nuttell has netted eight times in 29 appearances for the youth team and reserves this season and is likely to start in attack alongside Constantine on Tuesday evening.
Defender Lewis Sturman will also feature for the Pilgrims. The 17-year-old has scored three times in 25 appearances so far this season.
